Order enquiries
Include your full name, order number, payment reference if relevant, and a brief description of the issue. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, also attach clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
Payment support
By Anika is responsible for order cancellations and refund decisions. Razorpay facilitates payment processing and does not decide whether an order is eligible for a refund. Please contact us first for any order-related payment concern.
