Customer accounts and recommendations

An email-verified customer account is required before online checkout. Supabase processes sign-in emails and account sessions. You can save, edit, and delete delivery addresses in your account; the address used for an order is retained with that order for fulfilment and business records.

We use purchases made while signed in to suggest available products from related categories. Before your first purchase, we show general catalog suggestions. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing. Essential browser storage keeps you signed in on your device; sign out on shared devices. Contact customer support to request account deletion, subject to records we must retain.

Information we collect

• Contact and order details, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, products, customisation choices, and messages.
• Transaction information, such as order value, payment status, and payment reference. Complete card details, UPI PINs, and banking passwords are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

How we use information

• To process payment, fulfil and deliver orders, and provide order updates.
• To respond to enquiries and handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and disputes.
• To maintain inventory, business records, security, fraud prevention, and legal or tax compliance.
• To improve the website and customer experience. We send promotional communications only where permitted, and you may opt out at any time.

Service providers and disclosures

We share only the information reasonably necessary with providers that help us run the store, including payment processors such as Razorpay, website hosting and database providers, delivery carriers, and professional advisers. These providers process information for their respective services and may apply their own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal process, protect customers or our rights, prevent fraud, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and similar technology

The website may use essential local storage, cookies, or similar technology to keep your shopping bag, maintain security, and support site functionality. Optional analytics or marketing technology, if introduced, will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

Retention and security
