These terms govern your use of the By Anika website and any order placed with us. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Products and availability
Our accessories are handmade or assembled in small batches, so minor variations in colour, placement, size, or finish may occur. Images are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen settings can affect colour. Products, customisation options, and stock may change without notice.
Orders
An order is accepted after payment is successfully received and we confirm that the product can be supplied. We may contact you to clarify customisation or delivery details. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable stock, unsupported delivery address, suspected fraud, or circumstances preventing fulfilment.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and the payable total are shown before payment. Online payments may be processed securely by Razorpay or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your complete card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
Custom and personalised orders
You are responsible for checking names, initials, colours, quantities, and other custom details before confirming the order. Production may begin after confirmation, after which changes or cancellation may not be possible. Custom products are subject to the restrictions in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Delivery, cancellation, and refunds
Processing and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content unlawfully. The By Anika name, branding, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, By Anika is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our products, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively from publication.
